Art has the power to heal, inspire and empower.  Combining our thoughts and intentions into creative pieces, either written, painted, canvas or journal allows us to truly express our unique, authentic ideas.  We are naturally creative beings, it is literally ingrained into our DNA. I am obsessed with searching for it in my own work and helping you to find it in yours.

Ange Marie Dwyer is an recognized mixed media artist, teacher, and writer based in upstate New York. Drawing on her life experiences as a woman and Army veteran, Ange Marie employs texture, soft colors and emotive tableaux in a modern impressionistic manner. Using a variety of mediums including paint, collage, pencil, pastels, digital and wax she brings a unique perspective to the idea of painted canvases.

​She studied art before opening a small teaching and art studio. Her line illustrations have been featured in six books published in 2017-2019, 2024. Ange Marie works with a variety of nonprofit, military and veteran organizations, traveling throughout the United States teaching her perspective of art as a healing tool, including T.A.P.S. (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors), Snowball Express, Operation Home Front Cares and Wounded Warrior Project.
