Non Profit GroupsMy passion is to show everyone how art helps us deal with daily living and empower people to use art as a coping tool.
I have worked for multiple non profits teaching art classes and art journaling classes. Offering wounded warriors, caregivers, pregnant moms, struggling couples and social workers the opportunity to escape into a creative bubble for a few hours and embrace the idea of "Art with Intention" Examples of some classes include: "Hope Blooms" - Mixed media art canvas infused with words about things we want to grow in our life. "Story of Me" - Handmade mini journal class that fused numerous mixed media techniques with self exploration. "Patchwork of our Lives" - Mixed media art, paper and plaster canvas project that infused a "quilt" design and a powerful intention/hope. "The House where Love Lives" - Mixed media paper, paint and canvas project for couples that focuses on rebuilding their relationship house. |
